CURRICULUM
ALEXANDER RUBEN CASTILLO
A native of Mexico City, he was born on October 1, 1993.
He holds a Law degree with Honorable Mention from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM); a master's degree in Constitutional Law and Human Rights from the Universidad Panamericana; a Graduates degree in the Criminal Indictment System from the Escuela Libre de Derecho. In addition, he has several courses, workshops and diplomas in Compliance and Corporate Governance, certified by the International Chamber of Commerce, Mexico Chapter, and the Escuela Libre de Derecho. He is currently a PHD candidate for Law from the Universidad Panamericana.
He is a full professor of criminal law at La Salle University and an adjunct professor at the Universidad Panamericana and Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. He also serves as a Lecturer of the Houses of Legal Culture of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and as a trainer at the Electoral and Citizen Participation Institute of the State of Guerrero.
He is the author of several articles of academic journals, published by institutions such as the Escuela Libre de Derecho, LaSalle University, and the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City.
Between 2014 and 2021 he was part of the firm Nassar, Nassar y Asociados, S.C., where he served as an associate.
Since 2017, he has been a member of the Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, A.C. and a pro bono lawyer for the Fundación de la Barra Mexicana de Abogados, A.C.
JAVIER LOZANO PONZANELLI
A native of Mexico City, he was born on January 28, 1991.
He is a graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho, from which he received his degree in 2017 with the laureate thesis entitled "THE UNCONSTITUTIONALITY OF THE PUNISHABILITY PROVIDED BY THE GENERAL LAW TO PREVENT AND SANCTION THE CRIMES IN THE MATTER OF KIDNAPPING, IN THE LIGHT OF ARTICLE 18 OF THE POLITICAL CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED MEXICAN STATES".
During the period 2012 to 2019, he was part of the law firm of "Nassar, Nassar y Asociados", S.C., where he served as an associate.
Founding partner of the law firm "Nassar, Lozano y Asociados", S.C., since 2019, based in Cancun, Quintana Roo State; a firm specializing in criminal matters.
He is a professor of the course of "Introduction to the Study of Law" at the University of Quintana Roo and has participated in student examinations at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, in various subjects.
He has several courses, workshops and diplomas in Compliance and Corporate Governance, certified by the International Chamber of Commerce, Mexico Chapter and the Universidad Panamericana of Mexico City, and is currently studying for his Master's in Compliance, taught by the University of Salamanca.
